It should also be noted that while I do give you exact and specific guidelines, I also strive to teach each client how to exercise and eat properly on their own.
My coaching is a fitness and nutrition education as well as a coaching program!
I strive to make my coaching as simple and accessible as possible.
Each client begins with a Free Consultation. After you sign up via the Coaching Application (found under Coaching in the menu), you will receive a response from me within 48 hours.
I'll send you a Calendar link to schedule a Free Zoom Consult. Simply click the link and select the day and time that works best for you and the Calendar app will take care of the rest.
Then, be online at the scheduled time for the Zoom call. If you prefer to stay off camera you can do so, just make sure your audio is on.
During the consult we will see if we are good fit for each other. There is no obligation to continue after the consult.
If you decide to sign up for my coaching, you will meet online with me once a week via Zoom.
This weekly personal touch (and direct access to your trainer) is the heart and soul of Jay Scott Fitness Coaching. It provides an opportunity for you to ask questions, and it keeps you accountable and on track with your goals.
