1. They are confused by all of the fitness information (and misinformation) online. From 48 hour water fasts to people claiming cardio makes you fat (yes, I'm serious), you don't have to look far to find lies and propaganda in the fitness industry. Thankfully, my coaching is evidence based. That means my priority over the years has been to look at the science of fat loss and strength training to help you achieve your goals. 2. They can't find a plan that fits their lifestyle and preferences. Let's be honest, cookie cutter programs are ineffective because they don't take the clients likes and dislikes into consideration. You can build a great body with a lot of different workout and nutrition programs. What you need is a program that fits your lifestyle and one that you enjoy. I personally tailor all of my clients programs to their specific wants, needs, and preferences. Still, there is one commonality between all of my programs - and that is resistance training. Shape and foundational strength must be built and maintained for optimal results, and resistance training is the best tool for that job.
3. They need accountability. Lots of folks can workout for a couple of weeks on their own. I mean, every year we see flocks of people head into the gym to fulfill their New Years Resolutions. Sadly, those resolutions hardly ever pan out. That's because people today have a lot of things on their plate. They are juggling family time, work, recreation, friends...the list goes on. That's why accountability is so important. When you have a trainer helping you stay accountable you will finally have the consistency that's integral to achieving your fitness goals.
